01Who we are
Atrentix LLC (“Atrentix,” “we,” “us”) provides paid media management and custom advertising technology services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through atrentix.com (the “Site”) and in the course of business communications with us.

02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us or otherwise contact us, we receive your name, email address, company name and anything else you choose to include, such as details about your advertising accounts or budgets.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider records standard technical data when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the date and time of your visit. This data is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and understand overall traffic.
Client account data. When we provide services to a client, we may access advertising platform data, conversion data and related business information under that client’s instructions. That data is governed by our agreement with the client, and we process it on the client’s behalf.
03How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide proposals or services you request
- To operate, secure and improve the Site
- To manage client relationships, billing and contracts
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
04Cookies and third-party services
The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google’s servers.
If we add analytics or advertising tags in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
05How we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that host the Site, provide email or support our operations, under obligations to protect it
- Advertising platforms, when needed to perform services a client has engaged us for
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy
06Retention
We keep inquiry and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and client data for the term of the engagement plus any period our agreement or the law requires. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.
07Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on client systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to know how it is used and shared. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To make a request, email hello@atrentix.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
09Children
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted on this page.
